ORDER PROCESSING, FULFILMENT, AND SHIPPING

Orders: The Seller shall provide Extended Stores with the shipping, handling, and any other charges for each Product, separate from the purchase price. Customers purchasing the Products through the Platform (Customer Ordered Products) will place orders using the Platform’s checkout system (Customer Order), and Extended Stores will collect all proceeds from such transactions, including shipping costs and applicable taxes (as provided by the Seller to Extended Stores). Extended Stores will electronically transmit to the Seller all order information (e.g. the customer’s full name, shipping address, and contact information) (Customer Information) which Extended Stores determines the Seller shall require to fulfil each order. Extended Stores shall send an e-mail message to each Customer confirming receipt of an order.

Fulfilment of Orders: The Seller shall be responsible for properly specifying shipping options and times for all the Products to Extended Stores. Once Extended Stores has transmitted the Customer Order and Customer Information to the Seller, the Seller shall at its own expense, be solely responsible for, and bear all liability for, the fulfilment of the Customer Order, including without limitation, packaging and shipping of the Customer Ordered Products, securing the services of and payment of any third party logistics services provider, import or export duties or taxes (if applicable). The Seller shall dispatch the Customer Ordered Products in accordance with the shipping option and within the shipping time provided by the Seller to Extended Stores. The Seller shall provide a notice of shipment to Extended Stores (along with documentary evidence) on the Seller Portal (https://extendedstores.com/users/login) within twenty four-hours of the shipment, and the Seller hereby represents and warrants that it shall only provide notification of shipment following the actual shipment of the Customer Ordered Product. Documentary evidence shall include actual courier invoices against which the Seller will be compensated. The timelines in lieu for any products would be a minimum of 3 business days to a maximum of 7 working days.

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

In case of delay in fulfilment of order(s), the Seller shall immediately communicate the delay to Extended Stores via email on delay@extendedstores.com.

In the event the Customer receives any damaged or defective Customer Ordered Product and establishes such through reasonable documentary proof (the adequacy of which shall be solely determined by Extended Stores), the Seller shall replace such damaged or defective Customer Ordered Product at no additional cost to either the Customer or Extended Stores.

The Seller shall ship only the Customer Ordered Products and shall not include any additional Products, substitute products, materials or information not purchased by the Customer, other than those materials included in all shipments sold by Seller as long as such materials do not in any way promote other third-party marketplaces, or are detrimental to the interests of Extended Stores.

The Seller hereby agrees that legal ownership and all risk of loss of the Customer Ordered Products shall remain with the Seller until the Customer receives the Customer Ordered Products from the Seller.
